The aim of the project is to provide the planning authorities a list of new areas within the municipality for their new solid waste disposal based on a list of criteria set as per their environmental and planning guidelines. Identified areas suitable for waste disposal site development by constructing a series of spatial criteria maps. The final site was suggested for solid waste disposal by integrating all the specified criteria and also checking the aerial capacity and accessibility to the site parameters.
